Dry clean recommended. Due to the delicate braided detail around the neckline, please handle with care. The braiding may loosen or unravel if washed or handled roughly. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to help preserve the shape and detailing of the top.

La tresse peut se desserrer ou se défaire en cas de lavage ou de manipulation trop agressive. Évitez le lavage en machine et le sèche-linge afin de préserver la forme et les finitions du top.

RETURNS FOR AN EXCHANGE MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Lili creation
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
- Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
- BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY: All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-6 business days.
- We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
- You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
**Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.
Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest
- The shipping carrier delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
- If it’s USPS Contact your local post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
- If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. Lilicreation cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

When a Lili creation package is shipped internationally ,it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or charges imposed by the destination country.
these charges are usually due once the package arrives in the destination country.
Generally, the buyer is responsible for paying additional charges such as customs duties ,taxes and customs clearance fees. These charges may vary slightly and are often determined on the price and type of item weight and dimensions of the package, country of origin ,and taxes , duties and charges in the country of destination.

CUSTOM FEES?
As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be, if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
- for gathered/flair skirts, your waist measurement is the most important measurement
- for mini or maxi dresses, tops etc... your chest ,waist is the most important measurement
- for closed back dresses (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches you'll need a size M, if your bust is 42 and your waist is 29, you'll need a size L.
- your hip measurement is only important for items fitted from waist down pants, shorts, jumpsuits, rompers, fitted skirts, in which your hip measurement should be the deciding factor
- for closed back jumpsuits (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches and hips 43 you'll need a size L.
